Proof of Concept

Then a short venture design sprint (VDS) allows us to scope the new business quickly. The design studio creates mock-ups and the concept is validated with customers and internal stakeholders.

We deliver a full pitch deck consisting of:

- solution prototypes validated with customers

- business case assumptions

- detailed feasibility study

BUILDING

Then we build a Minimum viable product - the first venture is built within a few months. Preparations for launch include set-up of a dedicated legal entity, team and technology. We take full responsibility for coordinating the IT development, marketing & sales or operations.

LAUNCH & Scale

Once launched, the dedicated venture team continues growing the business. The corporation can remain working with it as a strategic client, partner or investor. In some cases, the venture can be acquired and integrated by the corporation.
